Product Description

Turning and Miling Machine adopts 30° slanting bed structure, lathe bed, foot and water tank are one-piece casting, together with a wide and thick base, which greatly enhances the stability and vibration-resistant performance of the lathe. All the parts of lathe have been annealed doulble tempered, which enhances the precision retention and stability of high-speed machining. The machine adopts fully closed protection, easy to clean, no leakage, creating a good production environment. For the chip conveyor, discharge port can be optional by rear or side to meet the different needs of customers.

Standard configuration(Optional):HIWIN/PMI P-level matching guide rail、HIWIN/PMI C3-level double-nut screw rod、Imported servo or hydraulic turret、Taiwan spindle、SHOWA centralized lubrication system、Lingxiao cooling system、Fully enclosed protection、C-axis function、Integral movable tailstock without sleeve linear rail.

Product Feature

1. Multi-cavity honeycomb structure is adopted to enhance the stability and vibration resistance of the machine.

2. The spindle box adopts dense rib plate design, which enhances the rigidity and is more conducive to heat dissipation, ensuring the thermal stability of spindle machining.

3. The large span of the spindle box and the best placement make a superior overall coordination of the machine, stable machining accuracy can be ensured even for strong cutting.

4.Turret spindle unit with customized brand from Taiwan Province ensures the precision, rigidity and durability of the machine.5. The one-piece casting structure of screw bearing seat and screw nut seat provides a strong base for pre-tensioning.

6. Equipped with high quality double nut C3 grade ball screws for more reliable precision and durability.

7. Each machine has to go through over no-load test for over 72 hours, high-intensity vibration test, long-time high-pressure spray test, laser interferometer precision compensation, precision stability test and cold & heat difference test before delivery.
